Sharing common passions……our love for horses, the sport, and  giving back.

Dina Reynolds - Producer

“Cowgirl Dina”—a name I inherited from a precious little boy that has forever impacted my life by the name of Ryan Bailey (shown in picture).  I have been involved with horses since the age of 3.  My pony would be tied to the front porch when my Dad got home from work and we would ride until the sun came up.  That love for horses never went away, competing in high school rodeos, local jackpots and other events.  In 2006 I began producing and promoting team roping events which led to announcing, producing our own barrel races and later serving as timer for the last World Barrel Racing Finals Booger Barter produced along with being a part of the Josey Reunion and Jr. World events meeting incredible people along the way.  My parents have been a huge part of my “horse habits.”  When my Dad saddled up and rode into Heaven on Sept 2, 2010, I focused more on the production side of the events rather than the competition side.  I am beyond thankful for everything God has provided in my life.  I am blessed with a wonderful mom & stepdad, my Dad in Heaven, my older brother & sister who I love very much, 5 nieces/nephews and a great niece who have my heart completely.  A statement made to me from the late 1990 Reserve World Champion Deb Mohon I challenge everyone to use as a guideline is ”To be a champion inside the arena, you must also be a champion outside the arena.”  Keep God first in your life and know “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Phil 4:13

Seth Roy - Event Announcer

"The Voice Behind the Mic"

Seth Roy, coming to us from Duson, Louisiana began his journey as an event announcer accepting the offer to help fellow producer and friend Heather Bertrand with the annual Christmas Classic race.  Our team was blessed to have Seth join us on our 5th annual race in 2017 and he is booked for our race indefinitely.  He is incredible young man with a huge passion for the sport, a "go getter" and puts 100% into any task placed in front of him.  Seth comes from a strong family background with amazing support for his journey and is very quick to give thanks to the Lord for all he has been blessed with.  Not only can he announce, Seth has been a strong competitor in both the barrel racing sport as well as on the baseball field.  At the age of 18 he accepted an offer to coach college baseball in central Louisiana.  Knowing his real love is being behind the microphone, he came back to pursue his dream.  Since beginning his career in 2015, he has been blessed to have some prestigious events added to his schedule including the Las Vegas All In One, Lance Graves International Barrel Racing Championships and recently added the Patriot.  No matter how busy he is on the mic however, he always has time to speak to contestants and encourage the younger kids to always aim high and follow their dreams.  A very good addition to our team no doubt!

Adding a little Cajun spice to the Texas fun!

Bobbie Stone

Consulting Team Member

I have had a love and passion for horses since I was a little girl. My mom took me to a local rodeo near our home.  I remember thinking how big the horses looked and how gorgeous their riders were. That night I fell in love with rodeo.  From the age of 9 to 19 I was mostly involved in horse shows and local rodeos winning numerous buckles, saddles and competing in 4-H.  My dream was not fulfilled until I met the lady I looked up to all those years, Deb Mohon.   Deb taught me how to become a champion in the rodeo arena, a champion not only inside the arena but outside the arena too.  After taking a 5 year break, I am slowly making my way back into the life we call barrel racing.  When not on horseback, I enjoy traveling and love the beach life.  I currently work for a 24/7 Emergency Response company as an outside sales rep cleaning up oil spills and other lines of business.   My biggest supporter is my husband Shawn.  I do not have children of my own but I am blessed with a beautiful step-daughter.  I feel God has blessed me with another opportunity to follow my dreams.

Michelle Evans

Michelle Evans started helping in 2017 and is the person that runs everywhere during the weekend. She is busy taking stall and RV payments, hauls shavings, unlocks stalls, helps organize the silent auction.....just where ever we need her, that's where she is.  She lives in Nacogdoches Tx area where she is very active in the cowboy church.  When she is not at work, you will find her at home working on a variety of arts and crafts projects.  She has been a huge asset to our team.

Shelby Crittenden West

Registration Office

Shelby West has grown up on horses beginning from the playdays as a young girl all the way to pro rodeo competition.  She and her family live in the Gilmer Tx area and have been long time family friends.  Shelby has been blessed with several nice horses from her first solid horse known as Sally to her current barrel horses Stitch and Seven.  One of her recent accomplishments include qualifying for the 2018 RFDTV American and being able to run against the best of the best in the semi finals.  She tipped a barrel to qualify for the finals at a chance to compete at AT&T Stadium.  Shelby is a great asset to our team for sure!  You will find her working hard at the entry registration table during our event or making another great run coming down the alley!

Shannan Roy

Data Entry

Shannan Roy is a new addition to our team beginning 2018 but she is definitely a great addition to the team.  She and her husband Kelly, along with their son Seth & daughter Montana live in Duson, La.  A great family that believes in strong family values.   A rodeo family, they travel all around the south Louisiana area competing in different barrel races and rodeos while Kelly handles his part of the tractor driving.  Shannan spends the whole weekend making sure all the entries are correct in our computer software system, results accurate and checks are printed quickly at the end of each day.  Thank you Shannan Roy for becoming a part of our team!

Kim Zimmers

Registration Office

Kim Zimmers has been around horses all of her life.  Raised in Gilmer Tx her family always had a selection of horses to compete on.  She grew up competing in the local play days then ventured out to the barrel racing jackpots as the sport grew.  She has a very outgoing personality, very sharp with numbers and has been a long time member of our crew.  Kim started helping us back in 2005 when we began producing team ropings where she took care of the entire entry table alone.  She did an incredible job keeping the team ropers in line and the money accounted for (which is no easy task).  She has been a part of our barrel racing event since our first year in 2014.  When she's not working the entry table she will be running down the alley.  She currently works in the medical field and loves to make fancy decorated cookies for special occasions as a side hobby.

Jana Bales

Time Keeper

Jana Bales lives in Longview Tx and has been a long time friend.  She does not come from a barrel racing background but has a love for animals.  She has helped over the years with various team ropings working the back up stop watch and wanted to be more involved in our event.  She has been a team member since the first race in 2014 and is a great person to have on board.  Loyal is a great word used to describe her character.  She puts her heart and soul into anything she may be a part of.  Jana works in the medical billing field and in her spare time spends as much time as she can with her son, daughter and her grandkids.

Frank Haltom

Back Gate Crew

Frankl Haltom, from Shreveport La, became a part of our team in 2018.  He is a hard working, fun individual with a large amount of strength for sure!  He has competed in jackpot barrel races for several years.  You will see him around the races cutting up with people and always having a good time.  Frank loves to come to the events around the areas to just visit, pitch in to help when he can or cheer a competitor on.  He does a great job keeping the contestants loaded in the holding pen, opening our gate and making sure the alley area is ran smooth.  A great asset to our team!

Tommy Duncan

Tractor Driver / Ground Crew

Tommy Duncan has been a great friend from our hometown of Gladewater Tx.  He has been actively involved with the Gladewater Pro Rodeo over the last several years and has helped Lucky Lotto Events with team ropings and barrel races for several years.  When he is on site, we can always count on him to make sure the timers are set right, banners are hung, the tractors are handled and he's always willing to fill in where ever we may need assistance.  Tommy proudly served our country in the armed forces defending our freedom.  He loves to haul feed and hay for his customers and in his spare time you will find him hooked up to his bass boat headed to the nearest last to catch a few fish.  During our event You will see Tommy sitting in a tractor seat from the start of the event until it's over making sure the arena is drug and the ground is in the best shape for the contestants.

Kelly Roy

Tractor Driver / Ground Crew

Kelly Roy came on board for our 2018 race at the last minute.  We had a tractor driver that could not work at the last minute due to his full time job.  We called and asked if he wanted to work rather than sit around all weekend and he kindly came on board with us.  He loves to work the arena.  He and his wife Shannan live in Duson, La along with their son Seth and daughter Montana.  When he's not working he is spending time at a rodeo or barrel race hauling the family around.  During our event, he will be planted in the tractor seat making sure the ground stays great for the contestants. Thank you Kelly for helping us out last escaping us now!

Roe Ann Logan

Back Up Timer / Tax Preparer / Bookkeeper

Roe Ann Logan has been a long time friend and a fellow barrel racer from the Gilmer Tx area.  She too has produced local jackpots, rodeo'd, raised and trained barrel horses over the years.  When she isn't busy working on tax preparations, Roe Ann spends her time with her husband Russ and her family.  She loves to watch all the grandkids in their activities and very proud of her son Daniel as he has chosen to serve our country.  Roe Ann has been a great addition to the team and has been a huge help to me since beginning our event.

Lisa Kennedy

Merchandise Sales / General Assistance

Lisa Kennedy and her husband Clyde have been actively involved in the horse industry for several years.  You will often find them along with their daughter Kelci in the roping pen.  You will remember seeing this familiar face as you walked into the Josey Western Store during the ranch events greeting you with a friendly smile.  She loves spending quality time with her family and is very proud of her son who continues to serve our country.  Lisa became part of our team in June, 2018 and we are very happy to have her back on board where she will be taking care of our merchandise sales.  Lisa will also be assisting with our East Texas Angel Network Angels the weekend of the race making sure they are all directed in the right direction and greeting the families. We are very blessed to

have her on our team!
